Surprise!

Happy Sunday!
Surprise post because I missed yesterday :(
IT'S EXAM WEEK!!! awe ew I might actually cry… just kidding just kidding
So I have some easy and simple tips for y'all to keep calm during this crazy busy week.
1. Stay calm! Don't over think the situation or freak yourself out. You know you know the information, so don't over stress yourself.
2. Don't break your normal routine. If you don't usually drink coffee, the morning of an exam is not the day to start. It can play with your head or make you feel sick :/
3. Stay focused. Have a peppermint (which has a chemical in it that makes you focus) or listen to chill out music to calm your body and stay on task.
4. Be confident. Don't doubt yourself. You know the information, you studied, you are ready. Do not let the test get inside your head. You CAN finish and do well.
5. YOU CAN DO IT!!! I believe in you!
